Prolydian is a SaaS platform that enables credentialing organizations to manage every aspect of their certificate and certification programs. Co-founded with Jamie Tillman, the system architect and now CEO, and Michael Mayer, who began by overseeing operations and now serves as President, the company reflects years of dedication from two talented, kind leaders—and from a broader team of nearly two dozen people whose hard work and care have made Prolydian what it is today. The platform brings together applications, item banking, exam delivery (including remote proctoring and global test-center access), and ongoing credential maintenance in a single integrated system. Prolydian emphasizes responsive customer support, transparent pricing, and alignment with accreditation standards, offering a reliable and comprehensive infrastructure for professional credentialing programs.

Role

- Provide vision for the service’s place within the credentialing ecosystem and guide the development of its core feature sets.

- Seed and incubate the company in its early stages while forming key integration partnerships and leading business development through direct engagement with customers pre-sale.

Audience

Prolydian serves organizations that manage professional credentials or certificate programs and need a modern, secure, self-service platform for both administrators and candidates. The audience includes programs that require full access to their own data, fast and professional support, white-labeling options, and seamless alignment with accreditation standards. We’re a fit for organizations that are new, expanding, or ready to upgrade to a more capable and integrated credentialing system.

Impact

Prolydian empowers more than 80 organizations to efficiently manage their entire credentialing operation through a single, trusted partner. By strengthening certification and certificate programs, we help create clearer pathways for individuals to advance their careers and contribute to a more skilled workforce. In doing so, we also support associations in sustaining a vital non-dues revenue stream that fuels their mission and long-term stability.
